Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) to Support VA’s Mission to Advance Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (I*DEA) Initiatives

Washington, DC – Prometheus Federal Services (PFS), through its ongoing partnership with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Resolution Management, Diversity & Inclusion (ORMDI), is honored to announce the award of a new contract to support the implementation of the VA’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (I*DEA) Action Plan. This initiative is designed to advance equitable treatment for Veterans, VA employees, and underserved communities.

VA has been a leader in promoting a healthy working environment and equitable access to benefits and services. Through this contract, PFS will continue to support VA in its mission to identify and address inequities in the delivery of healthcare, services, and benefits to Veterans, particularly those from historically marginalized and underserved communities. This work reflects VA’s commitment to fostering a workplace that values diversity and is free from harassment, discrimination, and systemic barriers.

Through this new contract, PFS will provide comprehensive project management and strategic communication support for the implementation of the IDEA Action Plan recommendations. PFS will continue to work closely with the I*DEA Council and VA’s Program Offices to organize collaborative workshops, define DEIA priorities, and build on the significant progress already made. By creating actionable strategies, measuring success, and fostering engagement across the VA, PFS is dedicated to ensuring that the VA remains a leader in promoting equity and inclusion for both Veterans and its workforce.
