These heroes were transitioning out of the military. They needed tools so they could thrive on the outside – not only continued medical care, but also financial counseling, job training. When I got out of the Marine Corps, and while I continued with my education, I knew I wanted to keep serving my country by continuing to honor all those who have sacrificed for this country.
