PFS uses health care research, data analysis, and quality improvement approaches to assist clients improve health outcomes. Our quality improvement strategies include data analysis, improvement area priority setting, adapting evidence to local context (“practice tailoring”), audit-and-feedback to support rapid cycle improvements, and implementation support to enhance quality of care and services, improve health outcomes, optimize system efficiencies, and reduce associated costs.
Our team includes experts and practitioners in health care research, clinical trials, report writing, and grants/research administration. They support clients’ translational research initiatives-basic science to clinical application, clinical innovation to patient care, and clinical evidence to consistent practice.
PFS’s program and project management capabilities have proven effective in assisting clients to introduce and adopt innovations, new technologies, process improvements, and organizational changes.
Our approaches are derived from Lean Six Sigma, Prosci®, Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK®), Human-Centered Design, and International Organization for Standardization frameworks, methodologies, and tools. Regardless of project size, scope, complexity, visibility, and subject matter, PFS works with clients to employ best practices and lessons learned from similar program and project management or oversight support projects. PFS’ ability to effectively identify, tailor, and apply them in client settings is what has proven effective and beneficial across a broad range of program/project management engagements.
