Our Services

PFS works with clients to define and deploy a tailorable set of change management approaches and tools across a broad range of implementations. PFS’ approaches are based on three key principles: 1) using the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK®) derived processes, templates, and tools; 2) applying Prosci® change management methods and tools; and 3) employing best practices and lessons learned from similar change management initiatives.
Industry best practices also frame our learning engagements, as we leverage the ADDIE (Assess, Design, Deliver, Implement, Evaluate) model, Agile Learning, and Design Thinking—to design, develop, and deliver training that is efficient and effective in skill development.
Regardless of the change initiative, PFS’ approaches address Leadership/Sponsorship, Project Management, and Change Management. Our team includes experts and practitioners in change management, strategic communications, training/workforce development, and human centered design.
PFS’s program and project management capabilities have proven effective in assisting clients to introduce and adopt innovations, new technologies, process improvements, and organizational changes.
Our approaches are derived from Lean Six Sigma, Prosci®, Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK®), Human-Centered Design, and International Organization for Standardization frameworks, methodologies, and tools. Regardless of project size, scope, complexity, visibility, and subject matter, PFS works with clients to employ best practices and lessons learned from similar program and project management or oversight support projects. PFS’ ability to effectively identify, tailor, and apply them in client settings is what has proven effective and beneficial across a broad range of program/project management engagements.
