Remote / Hybrid Work

While the collaborative nature of our work might require some employees to live in the local area, and our clients might require certain positions to have physical presence at their facilities, our standard attitude is work is where your head is and not where you sit.

Our employees are eligible for medical benefits on the first day of the month following their hire date. We offer comprehensive plans at a competitive price for you and your family, with PFS paying the bulk of your costliest premiums.

Eligible employees may participate in our 401k plan on the first day of the month following their hire date. Employer matching contributions available.
