U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Human Capital Integrated Services BPA
FDA Human Capital Integrated Services is a multi-award BPA to support workforce development, training, and organizational transformation initiatives. The BPA is expected to be used to augment and expand training support services, enhance collaborative communities to support and enable effective organizational development and redevelopment goals, apply recommendations that support the efficient use of the Learning Management System (LMS) platform, and standardize program management processes and implement efficient business outcomes across FDA. Why the PFS Team?
PFS, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is a healthcare management consulting firm that works with federal health clients to plan and implement initiatives to become high-reliability organizations, create learning organizations, implement legislation, respond to health crises, modernize infrastructure, and restore trust of the health and benefits systems to the public.
