PFS and CVP Awarded Contract with VA’s Office of Resolution Management, Diversity, and Inclusion

WASHINGTON, DC – Titan Alpha, a joint venture between Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) and Customer Value Partners (CVP), was awarded a contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) Office of Resolution Management, Diversity, and Inclusion (ORMDI) to provide project management support for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (I_DEA) Executive Order Implementation.

Titan Alpha will support the Task Force that is charged with examining policies, programs, and infrastructure that constitute I-DEA and produce recommendations that will chart a course of action for I-DEA at VA.  Specifically, the team will develop and implement a communications plan that supports the I-DEA Action Plans and ORMDI’s efforts to implement Executive Orders 13985, 14031, 14035 and subsequent Executive Orders.  On a prior contract, Titan Alpha worked with ORMDI leaders and I-DEA Task Force members to develop and implement the Master Implementation Plan for the Executive Orders and the I-DEA Task Force recommendations at VA.

“The I-DEA Task Force recommendations will eliminate barriers and create access points for underserved communities, and ensure all VA employees, Veterans, their families, caregivers, and survivors have equitable treatment and experiences when interacting with VA,” said PFS Vice President, Kamran Sartaj.  “This second contract with ORMDI allows Titan Alpha to apply expertise in communications, change management, and program management to implement Section 5303 of Public Law 116-315, Title V (Deborah Sampson Act) that mandates the VA have a comprehensive enterprise policy and approach to addressing harassment and sexual assault.”
