Titan Alpha Awarded Contract to Support Department of Veterans Affairs I*DEA [Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access] Initiative focused on Improving Cultural Health Enterprise-wide

WASHINGTON, DC – Titan Alpha, a joint venture between Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) and Customer Value Partners (CVP), has been awarded a contract to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Resolution Management, Diversity and Inclusion (ORMDI) to improve the cultural health of the organization. This initiative, known as I*DEA [Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access] will better serve VA employees, Veterans, family members, caregivers, and survivors by embedding equitable practices throughout the enterprise.

With the release of Executive Orders 13985 and 14035—and other related Orders—the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) renewed its focus to eliminate institutional barriers to equity and access at VA. VA is proactively developing, enhancing, and delivering agency-wide practices that will put the Department at the forefront of the federal movement to ensure inclusion, diversity, equity, and access to underserved and otherwise marginalized communities is prioritized.

“We are inspired by and honored to support this work,” says PFS Vice President, Kamran Sartaj. “We are committed to realizing ORMDI’s goals and vision for building I*DEA into the very fabric of the enterprise, and we are helping build infrastructure, communications, and strategic change approaches to create a safe and welcoming environment for all.”

Titan Alpha offers mission-focused, innovative change management, communications, project management, and I*DEA-related expertise. The team provides project management support for the implementation of I*DEA Action Plan recommendations and communication support for I*DEA and ORMDI across multiple tasks.
